Raised in urban poverty and determined to change the trajectory of her life and her family’s future, Nafretha searched for an outlet that would allow her to rise beyond the limitations of her environment. Driven by a lifelong passion for service and a commitment to transformation, she made the courageous decision to enlist in the United States Army during a time of war. During her deployment to Iraq, she discovered a powerful truth: while you cannot always control your environment, you can always control your mindset. The discipline, teamwork, and resilience she developed through military service laid the foundation for the work she leads today.

That realization became the catalyst that led Nafretha to her life’s calling, helping others uncover their God-given identity and purpose so that they can live, lead, and build with intention.
