Many young people are:
• Struggling with identity and confidence
• Unsure of their strengths and gifts
• Influenced by pressure, comparison, and confusion
• Moving through life without clear direction
With suicide ranking as the 2nd leading cause of death among youth, the need for guidance, identity, and support has never been greater.

The question isn’t if they have potential,
it’s whether they’ll have the clarity to use it.
Partner with Seeing Me 1st to equip your youth today.
In a time where many young people are navigating identity challenges, uncertainty about their future, and increasing mental health pressures, Gifted on Purpose —powered by Seeing Me 1st— creates a structured and empowering space for youth to discover who they are, what they’re called to do, and how to move forward with confidence.
This program is designed to help students move from confusion to clarity, from self-doubt to confidence, and from wandering to intentional direction.
This is not just preparation for life after high school,
this is about raising future leaders, decision-makers,
and purpose-driven individuals.

Gifted on Purpose is a proactive solution. Let's pay it forward.
We meet youth where they are and guide them through a transformative experience using three powerful program options.
No matter the pathway, the purpose remains the same, to help every student discover who they are, recognize the gifts they carry, and walk away with the clarity and confidence to move forward with intention. Each experience is designed to guide youth out of confusion and into alignment, equipping them not just for what’s next, but for who they are becoming.
Let’s guide them back to purpose!
A high-impact, engaging experience designed for school assemblies, youth nights, conferences, and special events.
Up to 60 minutes, large group, includes message + reflection activity.
Focus: Identity, gifts, and purpose activation:
Students walk away inspired, encouraged, and introduced to the power of who they are.
A deeper, hands-on experience where students actively explore and identify their unique gifts and strengths.
Includes:
90 minutes, up to 50 students, includes activity sheets + purpose reflection.
Students leave with greater clarity and a stronger sense of direction.
A transformational experience designed for lasting impact, not just inspiration.
Each session builds intentionally, guiding students through:
Up to 35 students, five sessions, includes student workbook, pre/post reflection, and school summary report.
This pathway equips students with the tools, confidence, and clarity needed to walk in purpose beyond the program.
This 5-session youth empowerment series is designed to help students ages 11–18 discover their innate gifts, align them with a deeper sense of purpose, resist modern-day distractions, and explore real-world pathways that connect their talents to future careers. Each session builds on the last, providing students with reflection tools, peer dialogue, and personal development exercises in a fun, supportive environment.
Session 1: Identity Discovery
Objective: Help students understand who God created them to be and who they are at their core before external influences shaped their self-perception with fear, doubt, shame, and guilt.
Outcome: Students begin separating their identity from labels, pressure, and expectations.
Session 2: Gift Recognition
Objective: Guide students in identifying their natural strengths, talents, and passions.
Outcome: Students identify at least 3 innate gifts and develop confidence in sharing how these natural skills show up in their daily lives.
Session 3: Purpose Alignment
Objective: Help students connect their gifts to impact and meaning so that they can see how their gifts can be used to provide a solution the world needs.
Outcome: Students create a personal purpose statement that aligns with the solution their gifts provide, giving them a sense of importance & belonging.
Week 4: Overcoming Distractions
Objective: Identify internal and external distractions that pull youth away from their focus and purpose.
Outcome: Students name their key distractions and list 3 strategies to stay focused through communication, boundaries, and advocacy.
Week 5: Purpose to Career Pathways
Objective: Turn purpose into direction, goals, and real-life application.
Outcome: Students leave with a clear purpose statement that identifies career options and a visual action plan for their future that is personalized to their ambitions.

Every student deserves the opportunity to understand who they are, what they carry,
and where they’re going.
When youth are equipped with clarity, confidence, and purpose, they don’t just navigate life, they lead it.
Confused youth become misdirected adults.
But empowered youth become purposeful leaders.
Let’s build a generation that knows who they are before the world tries to define them.
